Limited Warranty
Your Benro product is covered by a limited 3-year warranty from date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering online, your warranty is extended 2 years, for a total of 5 years. This warranty is provided by MAC Group Europe Ltd for goods purchased from uk.benro.com or sold by an authorised retailer in the UK only. Your Benro product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If your product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, this warranty guarantees against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance in accordance with the product instructions from the date of purchase. The warranty also only applies to you the original purchaser / owner. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or leaking batteries, nor modification or servicing performed by others. If a product is not satisfactory, in accordance with the terms of the warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your product free of charge. If you do discover a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact MAC Group Europe Ltd before returning your product. We may be able to solve your problem faster by sending you a replacement part.
Requesting Service
Benro products purchased in the UK requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Benro Service Department. International Shipping is not covered under warranty service. Products must be carefully packed and insured, and sent together with a description of problem and details on the best method to contact you. If requesting Warranty Service then proof of purchase (copy of dated bill of sale) must be included. After we receive and evaluate your product we will contact you to discuss the service options.

Repaired equipment is subject to a 90-day limited warranty, covering only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied. There is no warranty of merchantability in any respect other than expressly stated above and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Benro shall in no event be liable for losses, direct or consequential damages, or inconvenience caused by the failure or malfunction of this product.
